What do you think of this poem I’m writing about leadership?

Leadership is thought, reflection, understanding

Leadership is having the ability to take what’s in your head and make it come true

Leadership is a responsibility and a burden

An honor and a proof

Without it there is chaos and with it there is hope

In the world we live in today we lack leaders.

Men and women who know and who upon that knowledge act

Instead our great ones, presidents, prime ministers and kings

Act ignorantly and upon their common ignorance make pacts

We are in need of leaders of tomorrow

Leaders who inspire the youth and mystify the old

Ones who when the speak are clear

And when they act they are sincere

The consensus of the people their actions mirror

Their decisions are just

And their opinions are not a must
